At Spalding, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear in its original box.

  Ship the Equipment

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location; please ensure all original tags and inflation needles are included to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
